Superintendent Pam Swanson called it one of the most inspiring nights in recent memory. The District 50 Showcase was a giant success as families turned out to learn all about our schools and the opportunities available for kids and families. We will tell you all about it.
ESP employees in District 50 are getting a seat at the table, literally. The Insider has details about the newly formed Superintendent Support Cabinet.
The Board of Education took time this week to honor former colleague Bob Landgraf and also celebrate the success of the WHS softball, soccer and football teams. The football team, by the way, has a playoff game Friday night.
Tickets go on sale Saturday morning for the WHS theater production of Avenue Q. We have two videos that take you behind the scenes of the production and we will also tell you all the information you need to get your ticket.
It was built in 1958 and is now coming down. Clear Lake Middle School will soon be gone and we will update you on the demolition project.
Hidden Lake High School is haunted … but that’s a good thing. We will take you to their Halloween haunted house project that is thrilling and scaring kids across the District.
Also, an important reminder that Tuesday is Election Day. District 50 has two issues on the ballot.
