Operation Starbucks
On Wednesday February 28th we will once again be hosting our "Operation Starbucks" event to show our staff some love during Parent Teacher Conferences.
How can I participate in Operation Starbucks?
It is easy:
- sign up to bring a staff member a Starbucks drink at http://bit.ly/3UJMELw
- On the morning of February 28th go to Starbucks and purchase the drink you signed up to bring
- Drop the drink off at the school and we will deliver it to the staff member

Please remember participation in Operations Starbucks is completely optional.

Hooked on Books Book Fair
Our "Hooked on Books" Book Fair will be held Monday February 26th thru Friday March 1st in the OPA cafeteria.
Book Fair hours are:
Monday February 26th: 8-9:30am & 1-3:30pm
Tuesday February 27th: 8-9:30am & 1-2:30pm
Wednesday February 28th: 8-9:30am & 1-7pm
Thursday February 29th: 8-9:30am & 1-6pm
Friday March 1st: 8-9:30am & 1-3:30pm
Say goodbye to cash and hello to eWallet—your child’s digital payment account. Before the Fair, set up eWallet for worry-free, cash-free purchases. Anyone can contribute! Share each child’s eWallet so friends and family can add funds and give your kids more books to enjoy. Cash & Credit cards (including Google Pay & Apple Pay) are still accepted.

Science Fair
Are you interested in diving into a science topic and making a presentation for our school’s science fair?
This is an extra-curricular activity to be carried out at home with the help of Mr. Lawrence, the science fair coach.

IMPORTANT: All student who want to participate must return the permission slip by the end of the day Monday, April 1st. (It is recommended to use the digital permission slip from the website.)

Participants must notify Mr. Lawrence of the topic they have chosen by April 1st.

There will be four practice meetings after school in the cafeteria on Mondays at 3:00 PM till 4:00 PM. The dates are: March 25th, April 1st, April 8th, & April 15th. It is recommended to attend two or more meetings. All participating students must attend at least one meeting by April 8th.

The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place science fair winners from elementary school (grades 3-5) and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners from middle school (levels 6-8) will go on to the School District Science Fair.
