  • 1. Online Application

    • If you are a new family, click here
    • If you are a returning family registering a sibling or a returning preschooler, click here.
    • Required Documents: All required documents can be uploaded in the online application.
      - Birth Certificate
      - Proof of Address
      - Copy of Current Immunizations
      - Copy of Current Physical

    2. Email Confirmation

    • When an application is completed and submitted parents will receive a confirmation email. The email contains links to additional required forms. 

    3. Enrollment Confirmation

    • Once approved, a staff member will contact parents via email to inform them of their child's placement.
