I am an alumnus of the district and graduated from Ranum High School in 2007. This is my tenth year teaching at Westminster and I am currently in the middle of my masters class. I am projected to graduate in May. I am excited to be teaching 6th and 8th grade literacy and 7th-grade AVID this year. AVID stands for Advancement Via Individual Determination and will prep students for career OR college future. We go over soft skills like note-taking to help students be successful in their futures and more. I also have a love for reading and writing and you can ask me what I am currently reading or any book recommendations for reading. I also love paddle boarding, hiking, and painting.
