About the ELC at Perl Mack!
The Early Learning Center (ELC) at Westminster Public Schools provides high-quality early childhood programming for our youngest learners.
Our center accepts students as young as three months through four years old and houses four classrooms.
Our staff is highly qualified early childhood professionals and the adult to child ratios are kept low. We offer extended daily hours and a year-round calendar.
The goals of our program are closely aligned with our district preschool mission statement of “Building a Positive Foundation to Learn, Live, Play, and Prepare for Kindergarten.”
We provide high quality, play-based early childhood program that prepares the whole child for success in elementary school. In addition, it is our goal to empower our parents with programs and information in their native language to be advocates for their children as they enter the school system.
Research supports the benefit of positive social/emotional and literacy competency of parents positively impacting school success.
