1. Online Application
- If you are a new family, click here.
- If you are a returning family registering a sibling or a returning preschooler, click here.
Required Documents: All required documents can be uploaded in the online application.- Birth Certificate- Proof of Address- Copy of Current Immunizations- Copy of Current Physical
2. Email Confirmation
- When an application is completed and submitted parents will receive a confirmation email. The email contains links to additional required forms.
3. Enrollment Confirmation
- Once approved, a staff member will contact parents via email or phone to inform them of their child's placement.
