D50 TV Program Schedule
D50TV Program Focus: Tomorrow Today - Exercise Keeps Older Brains in Shape
A healthy brain keeps getting better with age. That is the surprising discovery of Dr. Ernst Poppel, a brain researcher in Munich, Germany.
Vocabulary, verbal memory and spacial and associative reasoning reach peak performance between the ages of 40-56. The experts say there is no reason why your brain can’t function optimally during your entire life. The key, they say, is to keep it in shape, just the like the other muscles in your body.
Tomorrow Today – Exercise Keeps Older Brains in Shape will be broadcast Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday on D50TV Comcast Channel 54.
