• Sun Shines for Putts for a Purpose

The heavy rains that drenched the Front Range for days-on-end cleared long enough Saturday morning to allow for another successful Hyland Hills Foundation Putts for a Purpose.

Westminster Elementary students were the guest for this year's event that brought families to the Hyland Hills Adventure Golf Course for a morning of miniature golf, face painting and a lunch of hot dogs, chips and soda.

In addition, Darby Bikes donated ten bikes that were raffled off to lucky children.

Every year the Foundation picks a different District 50 school to celebrate the day with.
