It was an emotional Veterans Day in the community as Sergeant First Class Matthew Leggett, a 1993 graduate of Westminster High School, was remembered by the Board of Education this week. He died in Afghanistan this summer.
Flynn Elementary and Shaw Heights Middle School also marked the special occasion.
