• Foundation Breakfast Friday, Golf Tournament June 1st


    Last minute registration is still available for The Westminster Public Schools Foundation Breakfast on Friday, April 29th at the Westminster Marriott.

    The event, which supports the Foundation’s mission to help students, teachers and families within the community, will be hosted by FOX 31 reporter Tammy Vigil and feature a keynote address from Denver Broncos great, Karl Mecklenburg.

    Mecklenburg was an all-pro linebacker for the Broncos with a career that included selection to six Pro Bowls and three Super Bowl appearances. He has also been a finalist for induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

    Since retiring from football in 1994, Mecklenburg has become an in-demand speaker focusing on finding keys to success and sharing inspiring stories about how teams and communities can come together to reach their goals.

    Also, plan to tee it up on Wednesday, June 1st for the Foundation’s annual golf tournament at the Greg Mastriona Golf Course at Hyland Hills.
