CLASS OF 2021 & BEYOND

  • Life beyond high school is different from what it used to be. Over 74% of jobs in Colorado now and in the future require training or education beyond high school.  Students who graduate and work in Colorado will need real-world skills to secure employment.

    WPS is committed to ensuring that all students not only receive a high quality education but also engage in courses that align with their future career plan. In addition to demonstrating proficiency in the core subject areas, students are given the opportunity to use their general elective credits to support courses that prepare them for their future career. See the resources below to ensure you are on track to graduate.

    Additionally, students must reach competency in one of the approved Readiness Benchmarks for both English Language Arts and Mathematics as described in the table below.
