Online Registration for Shaw Heights Middle School - for families or students new to Westminster Public Schools (formerly Adams 50)
Online Registration is available for families wanting to enroll their student into Shaw Heights Middle School, Westminster Public Schools. Parents/guardians can enter student data, information about members of the household, and current contact information through the online registration portal.Online registration is meant to simplify the application process that is a requirement for students to attend school in Westminster Public Schools. This is only the application and does not enroll your student at Shaw Heights Middle School. The online registration process provides a convenient method to submit an application for enrollment and provide required information to the school prior to enrollment. Families will need to complete only one registration per family, more than one student may be on the application. New families are required to present the following documentation to the school when they meet with a Counselor:
- Immunization records
- State issued birth certificate or valid passport
- Proof of Address - i.e. Lease, Mortgage, Utility Bill.
Once the application has been reviewed you will be notified and an appointment will be made to meet with one of our Counselors. During this appointment, our Counselor will give you information about Shaw Heights Middle School, choose elective classes, and set up a time for enrollment testing.
EXISTING FAMILY ON-LINE REGISTRATION
If you currently or previously have had students enrolled in Westminster Public Schools, you are considered an Existing Family and should use the on-line registration to verify and make necessary changes to the data already submitted to the school through previous enrollments. You may request a Parent Portal link to access the registration information for data verification.
NEW FAMILY ON-LINE REGISTRATION
Parents/guardians must use one of the online registration links below.
The registration process could take 20-30 minutes based on the amount of prior preparation, family size, and number of non-household emergency contacts you enter for each student.
Before you begin the registration, please have the following information ready to help with the registration process:
- Doctor name and phone number
- Emergency contact information
- Names, ages of family members that live with the student being registered
