Hello Met Families,
We would like to thank you for your flexibility and patience as we continue to navigate schooling this year. Safety is always at the forefront and highest priority of our work with your children. Given the recent trend of COVID 19 numbers in our community, we are going need to remain remote through winter break. During this time, we would encourage to continue to remain vigilant to keep yourself and your families safe and healthy. Our goal will be to return to face to face learning as soon as it is safe to do so. Know that our district works closely with tri-county health and state officials to consider multiple data points when making these decisions. We understand that remote schooling is not the preferred method of learning for many families. Our staff will continue to work to provide the highest quality education and support for your students during this time. We will be reposting our schedules by teacher on our school Facebook and website as well.
We also recognize that this can be emotionally challenging for some of our students. Please know that you can always reach out to us for both academic and emotional support during this time by leaving a message on our main line (303) 428-1884. We check this weekdays and someone will respond to you within 24 hours. We would also encourage you to continue to let us know if someone in the household is sick so we can monitor and support from our end. Please leave this information on our main phone line and not just to the teachers. Once again, thank you for partnering with us both for the education of your child and for the safety of our community. Please be sure to continue to check our school Facebook and website as communication is shared there frequently. Should you have questions, please feel free to email our school secretary at email@example.com
