Join CTE Students to Create and Bake Holiday Gifts

If you are looking for a personalized holiday gift and a way to support students in Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs blue background with white snowflakes. text: first annual holiday cte maker space at the same time, consider the first ever CTE Makerspace Night on Nov. 27, 2018. This special evening runs from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Westminster High School.

Makerspace Night is a chance for the community to join CTE students and take advantage of their experience in the kitchen and tech shops. This will be a fun night of learning how to make holiday pies, ornaments, wreaths and more. You can even get your landscaping equipment winterized by students enrolled in the Agriculture Mechanics Career Pathway Program.

All ages are welcome with childcare available through the Early Childhood Education program for just seven dollars. The kiddos will get to decorate their own holiday cookies while parents attend the session of their choice. All who attend will leave with something to decorate their home with or give as a gift to a loved one!
