Westminster Public Schools Foundation Celebrates 30 Years of Impact

The Westminster Public Schools (WPS) Foundation is celebrating 30 years of creating partnerships and programs to improve student achievement, encourage life-long learning and build opportunities for a bright future for the students of WPS.

The 2017-18 Annual Report is now available for you to read and fully understand what the Foundation accomplished in 2017-18.

Last year, the Foundation awarded more than $200,000 in scholarship funding to 231 students. For the first time ever, the Foundation also supported important after-school programming and tutoring help for students.

In October, the Foundation Board approved another gift of $80,000 for the following projects:

  • $40,000 Math Academy
  • $30,000 Future Center at Westminster High School
  • $10,000 Inaugural Celebrating Excellence Event!

Since 1988, the Foundation has been changing students’ lives by providing them with invaluable services and resources.
