A&P Surprises Fairview, Ranum Teachers with Free School Supplies

Teachers at Fairview Elementary and Ranum Middle School won’t have to dig as deep into their pockets this year to give their students the supplies they need in the classroom.

The friendly folks at Adolfson & Peterson Construction (A&P), who do a lot of work in Westminster Public Schools, delivered school supplies and a restaurant gift certificate to teachers as part of their “Back 2 School Bounty,” program.

The program began in Arizona and because it was so successful there, it has been expanded to Colorado and Minnesota. In all, teachers in over 150 schools have now received the “goodie bags” as a way of saying thanks for all you do.

“AP has always supported our employees’ involvement in the community in which we live and work,” said Mike Bontrager, Regional President of Arizona, on the company website. “Each and every one of our team members believe that basic school supplies should be available to every student.”

Here is a picture slideshow of the very appreciative teachers. Thanks to Adolfson & Peterson Construction for their generosity!
