Lupita was recently chosen as “Rookie of the Year” from among new administrators. Ms. Arce has been a teacher at FM Day and Hodgkins prior to her current role.

Superpower I wish I had: The ability to see the future!

If I could make the world a better place in one way: I would make the world a better place by helping people see their value and virtues in the midst of struggles. 

Who inspires me in WPS (staff, parent, or student): The WPS colleague who has inspired me the most is Maureen Barela-Wille (CLDE Teacher at Hodgkins). She will be retiring at the end of the year! Mrs. Wille's mentorship has been instrumental in increasing my capacity as a teacher and as an educational leader who is purpose-driven.
