WPS Transitions Program

Gabriella grew up going to Westminster Public Schools and graduated as one of the Westy Wolves. According to her teacher Donna Daly, “We are very proud of Gabriella. She has come a long way during her time in Transition and will be graduating this December!”  Brandon Rodriguez, instructional para, writes, “Gabriella is truly awesome! She's a hardworking and enthusiastic transition student who always gives her best to achieve her goals. I'm really excited to see what amazing things she'll accomplish after completing the program.”

The WPS Transition Program supports students between the ages of 18-21 who are preparing for post-secondary opportunities in the areas of: education/training, employment, and/or independent living. In the Transition Program, young adult students engage in experiences in the classroom and community that allow them to work toward their individualized post-secondary goals.
