I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and admiration for your unwavering support, dedication and partnership in shaping the future of our incredible students. Together we have achieved great milestones and created a nurturing environment that fosters growth, learning and boundless opportunities.

Mesa was awarded the Governor’s Distinguished Improvement Award for 2022! This award comes from the Colorado Department of Education for Mesa’s outstanding growth in student outcomes in literacy and math for three consecutive years. 

Reflecting upon the past year, I am filled with immense pride and joy as I witness the remarkable growth and achievement in reading. At the end of the 2022-23 school year, Mesa has 65% of students reading at or above grade level. Mesa’s dedicated teachers have gone above and beyond helping students break the code and become fluent readers. 

Staff at Mesa have nurtured a love for learning, instilled essential values and ignited the spark of curiosity in our students’ hearts. Your active involvement and collaboration in your child’s education have played a crucial role in their academic and personal development.
