Weekly Update for January 11th-15th

Good Afternoon CSA Families,

We are all excited to ring in the new year and welcome our students back to in-person learning.  We are committed to offering our remote program for those families selecting this option in addition to offering our in-person learning for the remainder of this school year. We know transitions can be hard so we wanted to help prepare our students returning to in-person learning with a few reminders.

  1. For students returning to in-person learning for the first time this school year, please make sure you send your child with needed school supplies.
  2. For all in-person learners, please review our day in the life of an in-person learner to help prepare your child for our procedures this year due to COVID-19.
  3. Please remind your child on the importance of the 3 Ws.  Our goal is to keep our students and staff safe and healthy.
  • Wash your hands
  • Watch your distance
  • Wear a mask

Families selecting the remote option will have the chance to return to in-person learning again on February 22, 2021.  As a reminder, Mondays are early release and students will be dismissed at 1:30 with their assigned driveline number.

We also wanted to remind you that we are accepting applications for interested families for the 2021-2022 school year.  If you know any interested friends or neighbors, please share this link.  Later this month, I will be sending out a form so you can indicate your interest to return to CSA next school year to help us solidify our enrollment numbers.

Finally, our goal is to maintain the health of our CSA community.  If your child is experiencing any symptoms or has been exposed to COVID-19, please call 303-429-STEM  during school hours or email me directly at bmartin@mywps.org at any time of day.  As always, thank you for your continued support of CSA.

We look forward to socially-distanced hugs, laughter in the hallways, and smiles so wide we can see it through our children’s eyes. As always, thank you for your continued support of CSA.
