Weekly Update for October 4th-8th
Good afternoon CSA families,
This weekly update is sent early this week due to some timely information with our CSA float.
It’s conference time again! As a parent, you are your child’s first and most important teacher. We have something in common: we all want your child to learn and do well. When parents and teachers talk to each other, each person can share important information about your child’s talents and needs. Each person can also learn something new about how to help your child. Parent–teacher conferences are a great way to start talking to your child’s teachers. This tip sheet suggests ways that you can make the most of parent-teacher conferences so that everyone wins, especially your child. In-person conferences with or without Spanish interpreters are available on October 18th. All other conferences can be scheduled virtually. Out of this World Float Building Please help us bring our design to life! We need some supplies: If you cannot bring the supplies to Niki's house on Friday, October 1st, please email Niki at the email address below and coordinate with her. We need LOTS of candy to throw: I will work with both main offices at CSA to accomodate candy drop offs there before and after school on Friday, October 8th. Open invitation: Come build with us on Friday, October 1 and Friday October 8th. Email Niki at the adress below for more details! Come march with us in the parade on Saturday, October 9th up at Westminster High School at 9:30 am and help us represent CSA! Limited space available in the truck and float so consider decorating your bikes "out of this world" and joining us! It would be SO cool to see one of you with ET in a basket on the front!! Finally, The last day to place your order for the catalog fundraiser is Sunday, October 3rd! If you haven't done so already register your student/s and share https://www.shopfund.com.
