Dr. Stephanie Rosch has been named Most Valuable Teacher (MVT) by the Colorado Avalanche, an award that recognizes six Colorado teachers each year who go above and beyond to support their students and empower youth in their community. On January 19, Dr. Rosch and her students were treated to a visit from Bernie, the Av’s team mascot, who gave out autographs and swag to everyone in class. Dr. Rosch was also recognized in person at the Colorado Avalanche game on January 24.  

Along with bragging rights, Dr. Rosch received a classroom improvement grant of $1,000 which can go toward classroom supplies or a field trip.
