Message from the Principal:

 Hello Parents, Families, and Community Members,

 Happy New Year! Although 2020 was anything but typical, I hope everyone was able to enjoy some much needed rest and relaxation during the winter break. I want to thank Santa (Mr. Dennis) for helping us make Christmas special for our students.

As a reminder, the district will stay in remote learning until January 11th. On January 11th, students enrolled for in person, will return to in-person learning.  All students will be placed in the same learning platform that they were enrolled in for the fall, either remote or in-person. If you would like to make a change, please call the office. Changes will be allowed as long as space is available.

In order to keep everone safe and healthy, please remember to keep your child home if he/she is experiencing any symptoms or has been exposed to someone who has COVID-19. The office should be notified about symptoms and positive cases so we can work with the district nurse to determine quarantine time and return date.

I know how challenging the first semester was for both families and teachers and want to thank everyone for their continued support. Our teachers are doing some amazing things with online learing, but we could not do it without the support from our parents! Thank you!

Meals during Remote learning

Nutrition services will be offering meals for students during remote learning. Meals are available Monday-Friday from 10am-11:30am at the following locations WHS, Ranum, Shaw, CSLA,  Fairview, Flynn, HP, Hodgkins, Mesa, The Met, Sherrelwood, Skyline, Sunset, Tennyson & HLHS Swim & Fitness (3290 W 76th Ave) and Westminster Rec Center (10455 Sheridan Blvd).

Parent Coffee                                                             

This month, we will have our two speech language pathologists join us for parent coffee. They will provide families with ideas and activities to help increase your child’s language development. Please join us via zoom at 10:00 on Wednesday, January 13th to learn more.
